In the past, I have used makeup remover wipes. I suggest you look in the mirror when doing this because you will see that your skin is being pulled. I now use this wonderful product with a cosmetic pad. You will find that it easily removes mascara. This product is much better than makeup remover wipes.

Mildly scented and activated. I use this on my skin after cleansing %26 before applying facial lotion. My loved one %26 I both use this, and it keeps both our facial skin glowing, looking radiant and dewy, younger, softer, brighter, and every good thing you want for you facial skin to convey! And we are ancient. lol. I used this Garnier product to replace my now outdated Neutrogena fragrance %26 alcohol free toner in the blue squirt bottle. I'm so glad you carry it here on walmart.com's ecommerce site. It's used first thing in the morning in my regimen, before I apply my moisturizer. My concealer %26 makeup just glide right over my skin and the result is beyond satisfying! The scent of rosewater micellar water is mild and pleasant, with a soft, liquid texture. Thank you! I also love the price point, as one bottle lasts our household two months of daily use. Couldn't ask for a better mild cleanser %26 toner that keeps my sensitive skin (easy breakouts from skincare products) for daily use!

I love this product. It works on all of my make up, easily removing everything including eyelash glue! The best part about it is that it doesn't burn my eyes. For me, it is impossible to remove eye make up without at least a little getting in my eyes. It works without harsh ingredients, and it doesn't leave behind a greasy residue. On the flip side, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry, and rough either. I have been using this product for several years now, and I still have no complaints.

I have very bad rosacea and I cant even use soap and water on my face. I actually use this product day and night instead of washing. I use a pad and wipe my shoe face down, even my eyes. No allergic reaction, no redness, just clean.

No scent. Bought the travel size so I don't clutter up my vanity. My intention is to buy the bigger bottle and just refill when necessary. What I love about this product is that it takes even triple layers of mascara off without tugging. Definitely a new holy grail product.

I've been using this for several years. I use it daily in the AM and if I'm too tired to wash my face in the evening I'll use it then too. Just a little squeeze on a cotton pad and you're ready to go. Leaves my skin clean and bright. It doesn't have a scent to me and no alcohol smell either. A great step in anyone's skin care routine.

I've been looking for a replacement for Rimmel Eye makeup remover since it's disappeared, this works GREAT! I like to be able to clean up any stray smudges or oops with a Qtip %26 just a little remover, without leaving a greasy feel, this is perfect!

This cleanser is good, simple to use and it's not only for removing makeup in my opinion you can also use it as a regular cleanser if you want. The reason why this review is not five stars is because this item was dented in when it was delivered. The product wasn't too beaten up or contaminated so overall its a good buy.

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All in 1 Waterproof I usually use the Equate brand for Micellar Cleansing Water I ordered this by mistake. It seems to be a harsher formula. Left my skin tighter dryer than the Equate brand. I self tan every day, so it removes the tan. With that being said I use it to even tan color, using where I got heavy handed with the self tanner. However, it removes mascara wonderfully. I don't feel like Micellar Cleansing Water All in 1 would be good for sensitive skin / eye makeup removal.

It takes forever to get waterproof mascara out. In the end i feel like it sands down my eyelids and i have to use a lot just to get the make up out. I used other make up removers that are not sold anymore, unfortunately, that were much for effective in removing waterproof make up. Definitely did not like this product and i am considering paying more for a better product and formula. A pity.
