In the past, I have used makeup remover wipes. I suggest you look in the mirror when doing this because you will see that your skin is being pulled. I now use this wonderful product with a cosmetic pad. You will find that it easily removes mascara. This product is much better than makeup remover wipes.

I have very bad rosacea and I cant even use soap and water on my face. I actually use this product day and night instead of washing. I use a pad and wipe my shoe face down, even my eyes. No allergic reaction, no redness, just clean.

10/10 The bottle is smaller than full size (large cleansers) therefore the amount makes sense that it doesn't last to crazy long, but it's not very small at all and it works fantastically. Miracle water is not an understatement! I have extremely sensitive skin and am alergic to any fragrance, yet this product was absolutely amazing and sensitive. I bought it for the cheap prize scared, and will not be buying anything else ever!

After using this product for several years, it's my go-to choice because it's the fastest and easiest way to clean my face...even if I'm not removing makeup...which means a guy can use it too. I use it with 2 or 3 of those cotton rounds that Walmart also sells ...very fast %26 effective.

Love it! I bought this looking for something that worked well and could be used daily. I live in Florida and regular mascara will run into my eyes when sweating so I wear waterproof daily. I didn't think it worked at first because I was still scrubbing and bits of mascara was smearing around. I resorted to TikTok to research the best waterproof makeup remover. This exact product came up! I watched to see what the lady said about it in her review. Unlike myself, she held the cotton pad with the remover on her lashes for like 30 seconds and the mascara wiped off effortlessly! I wasn't using it right. Now I love it and am grateful to have it! It only has a little oily feel so I swipe a cotton pad of regular micellar water around my eyes to get the waterproof remover off.

I love the micellar water make up removers. I have bought other brands and works as good as these two skin feels clean, but not dry and makeup comes off easily.

I've been using Garnier Micellar Water for years. I have sensative skin and Garnier keeps it cleansed thoroughly without leaving it sore. It is a great cleanser at a remarkably low price.

I have tried a few of the Garnier micellar waters. I have sensitive skin. Teal cap removes the waterproof make-up the best but dries my face really bad. The pink cap removes make-up well except waterproof make-up. It causes red bumps on my face. The yellow cap stings my eyes and does not remove make-up well but does not cause me any drying or breakouts.

I used this for the first time last night to get my oundation and blush etc make up off my face. My skin immediately developed tiny bumps little all over and I had redness on my forehead and cheeks! It is good for eye makeup remover but NOT for all over face. And don't believe the no rinse instructions. I had to wash it off and the rest of my makeup off my face with soap!

The product works- it does removed waterproof makeup. However, this product stings my skin sometimes when I use it. I'm not sure why it would have that effect, so I am looking for a witch hazel- based product to replace this one.
