Neutrogena Makeup Remover Melting Balm, 2 oz

This is the best makeup remover I have ever used. I remove every bit of my makeup with it, and it only takes a tiny bit to do my entire face including waterproof eyeliner and mascara. My makeup just rinses right off, no scrubbing required, after I gently massage this remover in with my finger tips. I do follow up with my usual washcloth and facial cleanser and moisturizer. My skin even looks healthier since I swapped to this as opposed to makeup remover wipes.

This is the only makeup remover that doesn't dry my under eyes out. I use warm water to rinse off the makeup remover off. I use this only for my eyes, then wash my face after.

Removes my waterproof mascara that is usually hard to come off with other cleanser, but the balm does the job.

The outside of the package looked like it had been thrown around and scratched up. When I opened the inside, it looked like someone had already rubbed their fingers in it. It definitely is contaminated now.

This item was delivered to me open and used - literally unsealed and looks like someone swiped their fingers across the top and dipped some out of it to try out. Gross.

This is my favorite make up remover. It goes on smooth and it wipes off nicely.

Have never used a makeup cleanser as effective as Neutrogena Melting Balm. It quite literally melts all my makeup - including stubborn mascara and liner - easily and quickly! Will never use another!

I am not a fan of this cleansing balm. I wear quite a bit of makeup (foundation, concealer, powder, bronzer, blush, eyeshadow, eye liner, mascara, brow gel…a full face of makeup) I used this to remove makeup at end of night and afterward washed my skin with my usual face wash. When I dried my face with my towel, there was always makeup left over and my face wasn't completely clean. I really wanted to like it but it needs more makeup removing power for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was afraid this makeup remover would be super greasy or make my eyes blurry after using. It was not at all. It took off my eye makeup without leaving behind super greasy "stuff" on my face. It also did not make my eyes blurry.

Melts my makeup off so easily!
