I like the compact and case

In my 20s and highly tech-savvy, and this was frustrating to use. Everything is very slow compared to other tablets I’ve used, specifically iPads. The apps keep removing from the Home Screen. The camera is awful either the pictures are too dark or capture things from an awkward horizontal angle in camera-operated apps like Snapchat. The battery life sucks even with all apps closed.

Tablet screen is sensitive. You will need to buy a screen protector before using it. This is the second tablet I buy for my kids.

Other than the fact that I got the item 3 day's eariler than your email said I received it, someone took a photo of where it was dropped off! That is not my front door nor outside a front door! The photo was from inside of some else's place, that was a lie, pathetic 😑 The other thing is when I trid to contact someone about it I only could talk to AI (chatbot). Sometimes, we need to talk to a real person not a bot! There was no reason for someone to take a fake photo and say I received it! Unacceptable! By the way my tablet works fine!

I tried to register my tablet for warranty and a message said the serial number couldn't be located. the last Gateway product I got the same message and Gateway support told me the vendor was supposed to register it and since I bought it from another retailer that end vendor had to register it and it never was done. Also was told that Walmart was their designated dealer and registeration would be handled by them. I sthis correct. If you don't know please put me in touch with someone who does know.

It's inundated with Walmart malware, software and apps that if you mange to free up ALOT of its memory by uninstalling or deleting all the Walmart malware it doesn't connect to the WiFi anymore. It takes hours just to get a computer connection to see an actual device and then it takes a while to reload the WiFi software back onto the tablet from a safe source. If you're to spend days or hours reprogramming it, it works very well, fairly fast and good picture and sound. If you leave it loaded with Walmart, it freezes constantly as it's busy monitoring your usage. You have to hammer the touch screen on a lot of apps with your finger to finally get a reaction from it.

It's a piece of junk. Don't waste your money. I tried to return it and they just kept giving me the runaround. Very frustrating to work with.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother and man was I disappointed. I'm taking it back it is so slow keeps freezing and anytime you turn it off not completely shut it down just turn it off it deletes all the apps off the front screen. Her old one stikl runs bettet then this and its 4 years old. Absolutely would not recommend at all.

It came from the factory with a virus. would not save any changes im or. any games I down loaded from Playstore. It would wipe it clean after snoozing for 10. minutes. also looked like the 50's when ads came on. It started rolling and vertically went nuts. Customer service was worthless. Thank god i bought it from Walmart. So easy to return...well.we will see.. just put in mail today FOR FREE..thanks Walmart!!
