It is exactly what I needed. It's quick, it runs smoothly, the perfect size, and I love the color. And it comes with a carrying case. The wireless mouse looks great and runs well, just plug and play. Perfect for work at home projects. Thank you, thank you! Well worth the cost, which wasn't much at all. Since it is only for work projects, the storage is adequate. Webcam not the greatest, but it does the job! Very pleased!

Love it! Seen a lot of bad reviews about it, was kind of skeptical, due to never seeing this brand before, but its far from a piece of junk. Works perfectly fine as long as the internet connection is strong. The battery lasts. Does not have to be plugged up to power on. The mouse turns off by itself when not being used. Updates don't take long. It's usually over $200, but I paid $150. I think its worth it, for a 15.6".

This is a very nice laptop. Mine came with Windows 11 and was easy to setup. I basically just plugged it in and pushed the appropriate buttons, added my printer, mouse (included) It is elegant and light weight, Way better than I anticipated. Comes with a carrying case and instructions. Very handsome indeed. Screen and pictures are vividly clear. Sound quality is tolerable not the best but ok. It imported my favorites from one of my other devices which is a plus. One does not have to redo favorite sites. This is an optional selection and really handy to me. I would recommend this device highly to all.

I purchased this laptop for my Cricut crafting only. I was looking for upgrade without spending a lot of money in this economy. I’m glad I searched when I did. I had no idea that Gateway was still a thing. So far I’ve had no problems. It was easy to turn off S mode to download the Cricut Design Space. I can’t provide any additional information about anything else because I only use it for crafting.

The laptop will work for what I need. I am a classroom teacher using it to multitask and monitor students' progress. At the same time, my school-issued computer is hooked up to project lessons and classroom content for students to view across the room from my workstation. I was disappointed the wireless mouse that came with the computer was broken and had no on/off switch.

It's a pretty little computer, I'll give you that. Bit what's up with the battery?? It only stays charged for a couple hours then needs plugged. in. I expected it not to play games, and I was right, not even simple games. If it wasn't past the return policy, I would send it back. Better yet, never have bought it. Just a warning.

The first one I bought worked fine except for the track pad mouse was messed up. the screen at the bottom had light shining through it like it had been crushed. I returned it and got it a replacement and both were the same messed up screen. also both of the mouses had no on and off switch. just a sticker over it to hide the defect. I got it when it was 179 so now i can't get another replacement. disappointed.

purchased this in auguest... arrived missing the mouse and case contacted gateway support rather than returning. gateway took 3 full weeks to send me the mouse and never sent the case. set up a WM exchange and was shipped a 2nd unit in advance... 2nd unit was a repack , not working, and also missing the case. sent both units back . 0 stars for gateway QC and for Gateway CS. thankfully WM stood behind the product.

Bought this as basically a typewriter for Microsoft Word and gathering information from the web. It could barely handle having 20 chrome tabs open at the same time as well as office programs. After the first windows update it failed to boot up after restart. From that point on it could never boot up after a restart and had to be manually turned on and off. After less than a month, it now no longer boots up at all. Just spend a little more and buy a decent computer and save yourself the headache of dealing with this garbage. In the long run you will save money because you will have to replace this toaster oven of a computer in less than a year when it breaks.

The laptop's specs are actually respectable, especially at the discounted price of $150 I got it for. Tragically, it ended up not working. The keyboard was out of the gate not working, but at least it worked when I plugged in an external keyboard. I managed to get to the desktop, but then it spontaneously thought I was holding the power button when I was not touching the power button, then forced turned off. Afterwards, the laptop was bricked as the power button refused to work, and I was unable to turn it on. It's a shame, the actual build quality was nice, with a decent screen, keyboard, and specs, but it misses on the most fundamental ability to, you know, turn on.
