This is a very nice laptop. Mine came with Windows 11 and was easy to setup. I basically just plugged it in and pushed the appropriate buttons, added my printer, mouse (included) It is elegant and light weight, Way better than I anticipated. Comes with a carrying case and instructions. Very handsome indeed. Screen and pictures are vividly clear. Sound quality is tolerable not the best but ok. It imported my favorites from one of my other devices which is a plus. One does not have to redo favorite sites. This is an optional selection and really handy to me. I would recommend this device highly to all.

Love it! Seen a lot of bad reviews about it, was kind of skeptical, due to never seeing this brand before, but its far from a piece of junk. Works perfectly fine as long as the internet connection is strong. The battery lasts. Does not have to be plugged up to power on. The mouse turns off by itself when not being used. Updates don't take long. It's usually over $200, but I paid $150. I think its worth it, for a 15.6".

It is exactly what I needed. It's quick, it runs smoothly, the perfect size, and I love the color. And it comes with a carrying case. The wireless mouse looks great and runs well, just plug and play. Perfect for work at home projects. Thank you, thank you! Well worth the cost, which wasn't much at all. Since it is only for work projects, the storage is adequate. Webcam not the greatest, but it does the job! Very pleased!

I bought this for my daughter because she went back to school. She said she really likes it. It works great. She really likes how slim it is. It is exactly how it was described. When she opened it the mouse was broken. I called Walmart and they fixed the problem right away.

Have been very impressed by this laptop! It is fast, the display is awesome and its very user friendly. The only "cons" I have thus far is that it doesn't have an ethernet port...runs solely on wifi, which is ok if you have wifi. But if you don't have wifi, there is a simple solution; purchase an ethernet to usb-c adapter and you're good to go. {these can be purchased online cheap, $10 or so, on Ebay or many other sites) The other "con" I have, is that even though the laptop has an awesome sound, the volume is not quite as high as I would like, even when it is maxed out. All in all, if you use a laptop the way I do, to browse, check emails, etc., you will love it because it fits the bill.

It's a good budget computer. For least of $300 you've got a decent performance for basic stuff. Nevertheless it has a issue that it's not specified in the description and you should know: doesn't have expandable RAM. So, if you bought 4GB of RAM you're stuck with that.

So, far the computer seems to be operating well, I would recommend changing the Mouse out to a Bluetooth one, because the one provided is wireless with USB and dedicating one of the two USB ports just for the mouse is not ideal. Also, it doesn't have a scrolling feature. So, I recommend switching to a Bluetooth wireless one to free up the USB port. Secondly, Office 365 for the first month is free then if you want to keep it you have to purchase it. So, if you don't, want to use Microsoft Office 365 and would rather use an earlier Office product keep in mind there is no CD drive on the laptop, so you will either need to download an electronic version of Office or connect via USB an external cd drive to load Office from a disc.

I bought this laptop and when i turned it on it did the initial downloading and things it does. Then it just turned black with the Gateway name. I sat there for about 30 mins thinkung its still downloading and nothing happened. I called Gateway and they told me to hold the power button "thrice" times for 15 seconds each. Did it and it turned off and when it came back on it had the same screen. They said oh we need to do a claim ticket cuz somethings wrong with one of the drivers. I said nope I'll return it and get a refund. Waste of my time. I'll get an HP. Buy at your own risk.

Great price and relatively fast if you like using the limited Windows 11 S mode. This unit is NOT manufactured by Gateway. It exists in name only. There is NO customer support. This model does not even exist in ACER / Gateway support legends. Major Bluetooth issues - not all devices connect even though they work fine with all other devices. The few that actually do connect work fine. Touchpad twitchy and unpredictable, no adjustments. Speakers may be the worst ever. I would avoid this purchase in lieu of one WITH customer support.

the connection and using was excellent. Everything was great until it fell apart 6 months later. I mean the laptop completely fell apart. Gateway/Acer are usually fantastic. I have never had any laptop just fall apart. of course they only come with a very short warranty period and only for very specific things. Very disappointed that I now have to buy a new laptop that I loved until it fell apart. I can't even have it repaired because it is cheaper to buy a new one.
