These work with the GE Cync app, and Alexa if you choose. You have to go into the Alexa app and create groups if you want certain pairs of lights to work under one command. These are significantly cheaper than others I've tried but still capable of the full color spectrum I'm used to. I've replaced every regular sized bulb in my house with them. It's as easy as saying “Alexa, outside off” and all my porch/patio lights turn off before bed. Or “Alexa, closet off” and I no longer have to get out of bed to turn off my closet light 😂 I turn my living room lamp to pink before bed and it's a beautiful calm hue that doesn't disturb the household's sleep. If you're thinking about trying a smart bulb, this is the one. I've been using different brands for years and for cost value alone, I've switched exclusively to these. No hub needed, and even if you don't have Alexa, the Cync app works great. It even allows you to set the lights or entire rooms to fun effects like party, fireworks, flame, etc.

GE Cync Smart LED Ligh Bulb has been a long-awaited upgrade in lighting for this home. I see what all the excitement is about. The Cync App allows the light to be programed. Now my house lights come on by schedule in the app schedule and I no longer worry about coming home to a dark home!

These lights are pretty cool, you can link them together and have the same color, different colors, or flashing. We change the colors due the holidays. You can program them to come on at different times with your phone. We have purchased about 10 of these for outside use.

These are the greatest things since sliced bread lol ... I absolutely love these bulbs, when I leave the house I always forget to turn on my front door outside light and struggle to get my key in the door well not anymore, not with these light bulbs because all I have to do is turn them on from the app on my phone.... and the setup is so easy and if you have any problems it's really easy to factory reset the bulb just by turning it on for 8 seconds and off again for 2 seconds and keep doing that until the light blinks which takes five times or less... it snowed the other day here in Ohio and I had my outside light on and I had the bulb set to a beautiful color blue and it just made the snow and my front door and everything look absolutely beautiful so I couldn't stop at just one and now I have one outside and in my living room and in my bedroom and I might put the fourth bulb in my bathroom lol... and you don't need an Alexa or anything to use these smart bulbs, if you don't have it all you need is the app on your phone....definitely can't beat these I highly recommend.... thank you Walmart you always have everything I want and need.... I just love Walmart lol

Superior to the iHome smart bulb with the Geenie app. The other bulb I bought online constantly lost connection and eventually the color change options quit working completely. This bulb was a little finicky when initially trying to connect, but now it works beautifully. It also has more features for color temperature and I can dim it a little more for a softer look.

I like these. They were simple to install and set up and they offer many color options. They effortlessly integrated into my Google Home and Alexa voice systems. The app is pretty good, I am still trying to figure out how to do a scheduled routine and have it change colors, haven't got to that point yet but hoping to get there eventually. I like that they also function as a regular 60 watt white bulb, even gives you color temperature options. I can't speak for the longevity, but in the few days that I have used these, I think they are an incredible value.

i'd be more satisfied if both of them were delivered….

GE Smart Bulb was switched in the package and the bulb that was delivered was a standard ecosmart bulb

didnt know that you have to add an app in your ohone, set up account, tell your life history, just to use bulb in ny grandsons room. jusr wanted a sinple light bulb that changes color . if you dont do all of this, you have a regular light bulb that costs a fortune
