GE LED+ A19 Dusk to Dawn LED Light Bulbs, Security Lights, 60 Watt Replacement, Soft White

Long ago, we referred to this kind of bulb as "having a photocell". For me they were usually glitchy, didn't always work, or flickered on and off. THESE are much better. They actually work! The sensor appears to be inside the base of the bulb, with two small windows to let light in from two sides. I think that's what makes it work better. I like the color of the light. Most of all, that it actually works like I'd expect.

I installed these bulbs in the front and back patios when the house was being remodeled, and therefore empty. These bulbs came on every evening without fail, and lit up the area. I've had it for a couple of months now, and they still turn on from dusk to dawn. Great safety feature. Definite recommend!

Not only was this bulb $5.00 each (I purchased two) this was normally a $20 bulb! I bought the dusk to dawn soft white bulb instead of the daylight bulb and was very happy with the brightness I needed. Great price and a wonderful bulbs for my outdoor lighting.

The house we live in was built terribly and has a light switch that not only powers our backyard lights, but the office inside as well. So, in order to have light indoors, our outdoor lights had to remain on. This was a godsend to find! Now we don't have to worry about powering our outdoor lights during the daytime and wasting money.

Miss Kitty ordered on July 16, and the LED Light Bulb arrived on July 16, 2023. Although this is the first time using this particular brand, it also gives off an orange glow similar to its competitor Feit. Thus far, the bulb is serving its purpose. On at dusk and off at dawn... Because it provides light for a dark area, I recommend it. It could be brighter, but again this could also cause the bulb to fail. It is acceptable. Thank you! Easy to install, yes! Installed bulb during the daytime, it turned on for a few minutes then turned off. Now i dont have to worry about setting timers or adjusting a schedule to account for daylight savings time. It comes on as it starts to get dark and goes off as the sun is rising.

These were a great value and just what I needed for our front porch lights. We had new fixtures installed because our 2 year old LED fixtures with integrated light panels died on us. These bulbs should do the trick without us needing to change out a whole fixture. The light is great and very bright.
