I was surprised he said this one was great quality because it was a commercial grade product with an extra piece of metal behind it. He thinks everything is not good enough so that was a great compliment from him! Can't wait to match the switch cover to match the slick black in the near future. Highly recommend!

The process itself is easy(once you actually cut the power) but i feel a lot better using GE receptacles. Well designed and very easy to install, well grounded and well worth purchasing for future receptacle replacements, i love the sleek black design as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the GE grounding duplex receptacle 15a heavy duty in black for free in exchange for my honest review .The plug has a full yolk strap on the back, so it will not push back into the wall whenever you plug something into it. It is rated at 15Amps, but does feel comparable in design to a 20Amp plug. However, it does not have some features that a standard residential plug does. It does not have tamper proof holes, no backstab holes(although I never use them), no wire tabs to bend a hook on the wire, and has a slightly strange face look and color (that is probably too industrial). The plastic case also has a hard non- malleable feel, like it would crack in half if you pulled it out of the wall in 20 years. I would use it for a special need like in an exposed 4 square box or an appliance plug, but wouldn't choose this to put in my room walls.
