GE LED+ A19 Dusk to Dawn LED Light Bulbs, Security Lights, 60 Watt Replacement, Soft White

Long ago, we referred to this kind of bulb as "having a photocell". For me they were usually glitchy, didn't always work, or flickered on and off. THESE are much better. They actually work! The sensor appears to be inside the base of the bulb, with two small windows to let light in from two sides. I think that's what makes it work better. I like the color of the light. Most of all, that it actually works like I'd expect.

Work perfectly and so convenient to use. So many times the lights were left on until late mornings, no longer a concern.

Installed bulb during the daytime, it turned on for a few minutes then turned off. Now i dont have to worry about setting timers or adjusting a schedule to account for daylight savings time. It comes on as it starts to get dark and goes off as the sun is rising.

So far so good on this light bulb. I was concerned that this dusk / dawn light bulb would not work in a frosted shaded light globe but it does. It also goes on and off at the right time for each function and doesn't come on too quick or shut off too soon. Now I just hope it lasts but time will tell

This lightbulb is the best dusk/dawn bulb I've found on the market. It's hard to find them in stock, but the ones I have work incredibly well. They turn on at dusk and off in the AM, which prevents us from having to remember to physically turn on and off the outdoor light switches which are located in our garage. I highly recommend!

Bulb works wonderful, even in MN winters! Comes on at dusk %26 off when it senses enough light, as long as the sensor is facing in a way to detect light so you may have to adjust the bulb/sensor area if it doesn't seem to be working. The best part is they were normally priced at $28.35/each but were marked down to $5.74/each so I bought 2.

This is the third type of bulb I've purchased to have dusk to dawn outside lights. Obviously it's not meant to be because I still don't have them. There's nothing wrong with these bulbs—they just don't work with the lamps I have. Maybe it's because the lights I have are motion activated I don't know..
