GE Pro 8ft 3-Outlet Surge Protector Extension Cord with Braided Design

I know I'm not alone in having way too many electronics in my bedroom. I don't however have enough outlets. After rearranging my room, I ended up with more cords than outlets. Naturally I bought a surge protector. I've used surge protectors since the early 90's. Now I can use my electronics and charge them within reach of my pillow. I rarely wake up to any phones or tablets needing a charge. Get to the store, buy as many as you need and rest comfortably knowing your electronics are being charged in a safe surge protector.

This is a durable, well made extension cord. The design is just like the picture and the outlets are easy to plug things into and remove. It offers a layer of protection for all of the items plugged into it. I have been using it extensively for the past few months, including regular plugging and unplugging items, and it has held up perfectly.

Love this addition to our growing issue w the perfect outlet extender! This cord is thick and won't get damaged easily. Has enough plug ins for bedside lamp and phone or other chargers needed. Long cord allows for plug ins under bed but reach's the side of bed.

A few months ago I purchased a GE Pro extension cord to use in my home. I was happy with the product. It seemed well made and sturdy so I decided to purchase a second cord. Unfortunately, when I attempted to plug in a small oscillating fan in perfectly good wording condition, the cord exploded in sparks. Fortunately, I was not injured and my fan still works. I returned the damaged cord. This was unnerving and dangerous. Obviously, quality control is lacking. Thank you Walmart for the easy return.

*1/5 stars* I'm disappointed with this extension cord from Walmart. The plug doesn't fit into a standard wall outlet, making it completely useless for my needs. Despite looking new, it doesn't serve its intended purpose. To make matters worse, the length is also misleading. It's supposed to be 8 feet long, but it doesn't look or feel like it. For comparison, it's similar in length to my standard 6-foot phone charger. I'd like to return it, but I'm having trouble figuring out the process. If you're looking for a standard extension cord that fits regular outlets and meets your length expectations, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I do not know if this item was any good or not. It was never delivered to my house. The picture that they delivered it to is not my house. I've spoken to z3 different associates that said I would receive a refund but have not. Now they won't let me order anything else because they delivered to the wrong address. So unfair. I'm fine with Walmart for good.

I'm just say this item didn't work for my house, and I have high powered equipments 1500watt , no fuses blew out but as soon as I tried to use it while unplugging the high powered equipments to plug in a small space heater to see if would work ha ha ha it shut the house down, I went room to room and then I had to got outside my house to go to the basement and turn all my fuses back on.
