I just had both knees replaced and have swelling so I purchased these to ice them. These are awesome because they cover the entire area and wrap around the knee area enough to cover. Very comfortable and yet gets the job done. Happy with this product and would recommend them. Can also use them to add heat although I have not used them for that yet.

just what my dad needed! they stay cold long enough. (remember 15 minutes on 15 minutes off?) but they can last a couple hours if needed. He uses one at a time mostly, anyways. honestly they don't take that long to re-freeze either. this is my second time purchasing this brand and neither time have my products "leaked". they also stay put and have a nice weight to them. haven't tired using them heated up yet, so not sure about that. But overall I have and will continue to purchase this brand again. great quality and reasonable price.

My husband recently had hip replacement surgery. I bought two of these ice packs for him to use on his hip and thigh area. They fit perfectly because they are flexible. Husband loves them. Not too heavy either he says. Saves me from filling ice bags every hour. Great product!!

This is the 4th time i have purchased these ice packs and am up to having 7 now. they are a life savere when you have severe pain 24/7 they are large enouch to help with my back and hip pain plus they work wonderful on bad knees and anywhere you have pain! i use thfm all day long on very bad pain days as its the only thing that helps! They are also soft enough to put on your neck and to lay on one under your head with a towel in between you and the oce pack for bad migraines! can not reccomend these enough! first ones i purchased i have had over a year and are still in like new condition with almost daily use!

I liked just about everything about these gel packs. They arrived quickly and I have used one of them many times. I plan on using them only as ice packs, so I cannot comment on the 'hot' side. Worth the price.

I bought these as backups for after my ACL reconstruction surgery and they get and stay cold better and longer than any other ice pack I own. They are a generous size as well. Great ice packs for the price!

I have been using these as cold packs for 7 weeks now after my hip replacement surgery. I have bought a pair for my sister and she is happy how well they stay cold and are large enough to put on your thigh or knee.
