I received this product for free in exchange for an honest unbiased review. This is a very good product. I use it to raise the PH for my garden plants and give them some nutrients. They are holding up very well and seem to be a lot healthier now. It only takes a fourth teaspoon to a gallon of water which mean that this product is going to last me a very very long time. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend or anyone with plants that need a boost.
i was having trouble getting grass seeds to sprout anything so i finally did a ph test and discovered it was too low for grass to grow there not just too shady as i thought. i tilled the ground, spread the ph up, and threw out some creeping red fescue....bam! i'm seeing some sprouts finally! hooray
This General Hydroponics pH Up Liquid is great for plants when there ph level is low just add a little of the ph to put the ph level where it needs to be . It's also really great on hydrangeas. It's really best on hydrangeas and I would not use anything else on them are any other plants I have . People if you love plants you have got to get some of the this General Hydroponics pH Up Liquid.
A very good combination for managing pH of water-nutrient solutions for hydroponic growing. Raising the pH with the solutions requires a TINY bit of solution, so be conservative when adjusting. Adjust the pH of your solution after mixing in nutrients and you should end up with happy plants.
1/4 teaspoon in 1 gallon of water is going to last you forever. Of course you use a different amount if your starting seedlings or tons of rows of tomatoes. Very easy to use, it does the work all by itself. I've included pictures of my veggies I started inside using this formula. Instructions on back of bottle with the quantity you add to water.
I needed something for my fruits and vegetables and this general hydroponics oh up really came in handy. It is a liquid. And it comes in a gallon jug. It does not have a overwhelming fragrance. I use it on my flowers and my vegetables that I am growing and they seem to be holding up very well. I would highly recommend.
I love the size for the price. product is working well, and the plants are thriving.
We have hard water so we needed this to start our yearly garden for our baby seeds so they wouldn't die. So far its worked as it should. The only thing I didn't like is the smell. Its very strong and very strange but I have a very sensitive nose so it could just be me.
This item is a must have if you own a pool. I prefer liquid chemicals, when possible, because to me they are easier to add to the water. I only gave 4 stars because the cap on the bottle was completely slit and could have made a huge mess- however it did not spill because of the protective seal under the cap.
It has no instructions on it. Does not even say what it's application is for. I thought it was for swimming pool. So I Searched for it online and apparently this is for soil. You take two garden or soil samples add a little bit water mix then add vinegar in one sample then add baking soda in the opposite soil. Depending on the reaction tells you if your PH is high or low in your soil.
