These cereal cups are better than the box variety because I can reuse the cups. They contain enough cereal for a snack. If you have a healthy appetite then two cups would be more satisfying. These cups are great for packing too if you travel, camp, or go hiking.

The Lucky charms cereal had some gross greenish black subtance at the bottom of the cup and i didnt' know until the cereal was eaten. It made my daughter sick at college.
