General Tools 71264 Grommet Kit with 12 Solid Brass Grommets, 1/2-Inch

I used this to repair the holes in my shower curtain. It took some time to do all 12 holes, but the brass looks really good and it now stays up well.

Got this kit so that I can make grommets onto a fabric reinforced with nylon tape. the hole punch didn't cut through any of the material since it was thick and too sturdy for it to cut through. but since the hole size was 1/2", I got an ink pad and used the hole punch like a stamp to mark the circle I need to cut out in the fabric and used some sharp scissors to cut the hole. Once the hole was cut, using the anvil/base worked well to securely place the grommets. If the grommet size was smaller, and I couldn't use a scissor to punch a hole, the task would have been significantly more difficult. so if you are looking at a smaller sized grommet, it might take some effort to get the correct-sized hole. but for a 1/2" it wasn't too much of an issue.

This Grommet tool came in when they said it would. I used it that same day. I liked the ease of use. The upper part is big enough to strike with a mallet and not hit your fingers. I like it. The finished grommets look good.

Love these bars 2 every am. And I'm good til lunch. Some of the boxes open a bit quirky. They end up getting torn But all in all I love them

Poor quality. The hole cutter couldn't cut through lightweight cloth. The grommets don't connect properly. Even my sturdy son couldn't get this to work. We'll be looking for a grommet kit that actually functions.
