these are so good like cookies and creme cookies without the hard cookie chips! definitely my only go to for white chips now!! 4th of july pretzels were the bomb and easy to color

The only reason I was disappointed in this item is because it was a substitution. the original brand item that I ordered was a larger quantity bag. this bag costs more than the twenty four ounce that I originally ordered. plus needed more than 11 oz.

I would highly recommend this over almond bark 100%. Used the white chocolate to make Christmas candy. Tastes sooo much better than almond bark, wasn't strong just smooth and rich. Followed the melting instructions on back of bag, melted smooth and silky. Everyone who tasted candy wanted to know why it tasted better than original recipe, It was the white chocolate instead of almond bark. Substituted this white chocolate for the almond bark in all my Christmas candy recipes.

Personally, I don't care for White Chocolate. But its great for baking. I'm a real Chocolate, Chocolate kind of person. I'm happy for the people who do like White Chocolate. Eat on !!!

If you’re a baker and need to make a white chocolate ganache, this is the best brand that is well priced. Don’t buy the generic white chocolate chips that will not set firmly.

I ordered 16 - 11 oz pckgs of Ghirardelli white chocolate chips for my annual Christmas mix. Not only was the price of $2.48 per pckg. unheard of, but the delivery was two days with no shipping fees. Not a better deal around from a great store!

I use thses for making cake pops, i also mix this with regular chocolate to make peanut clusters. For the cake pops i add a heaping tablespoon of solid coconut oil to make it not so thick. If im going to go through the trouble to make these goodies i want to use the best ingredients.
