GHIRARDELLI Intense Dark Chocolate Bar, 72% Cacao, 3.5 oz Bar

This is the lowest cadmium chocolate available other than expensive brands, as far as I have found, at the correct percentage Cocoa, not too high , not too low, to increase stem cell production, which heals the body and replaces damage cells of the brain or anywhere else in the body. Aside from that it is absolutely delicious. Food is medicine.

slowly but surely since my thirties my digestive system has grown irritable by foods with a short chain sugar protein AKA fodmaps and I've been following a low FODMAP diet for about a year now in order to keep my ibs-c under control. I can't have probably 2/3 of the food out there so when I find something that agrees with me and taste good I am super excited! this is one of those products! so many people are turning out with IBS today and that speaks for the condition and quality of the foods we've been eating if you're looking for something sweet that won't irritate your tummy grab one of these! I love eating a couple squares of this dark cacao chocolate with raspberries and almond milk!

If you like dark chocolate, you are going to like this too - I use it for creating a high protein pudding that incorporates medium-hard boiled eggs - it's divine when made with this!

Giradelli chocolate is great tasting, well- pans is responsiblely manufactured to higher standards. This 72% dark chocolate provides some nutritious element as recommended by Steven Gundry MD. Keep it in a 1 ounce serving 1 time per day. ☺️

This is always been my favorite bar of dark chocolate, but I have found with my recent purchase that it is not as flavorful as I remember it. Dark chocolate is a personal choice… different companies flavor a little differently. It is all a matter of trying different dark chocolate bars ..great for elevating the mood, and they contain antioxidants and something good for the heart ,supposedly… I only eat one small piece a day ..too much chocolate may bring on a headache, heartburn ,and other digestive problems. Right now, I am finding another brand, which is 70% chocolate, more flavorful. Also, may I add that if you want the best flavor of all ..the Ghirardelli 60% chocolate pieces are scrumptious ,in my opinion! Just bear in mind that the lower the percentage of chocolate, the higher, the amount of sugar and fat, and the less healthy dark chocolate is.

This is the best dark chocolate I have found. I keep it in the freezer and just break off what I plan to eat. I love it frozen because it has more of a crunch. Great value buying from Walmart.

For Dark Chocolate this is pretty good. If you going to have chocolate this is what I would recommend. This is in a Sweat Spot for what I'm looking for.

seams like they cut conners on this product. I have ate choc my whole life. and this is just average at best. the good news is that the process is outstanding. meaning this chocolate is not on the bad chocolate list so .. this is why I buy it. its very safe to eat.

Thought 72% chocolate would be a little bit sweeter, but not so. It definitely is intense dark chocolate. Great when I have a chocolate craving, but don't want the sugar. Makes me take a smaller portion, which is the whole point of buying it. Resealable bag would be highly preferred. Once it's open, it's open. You have to put it in another bag to keep it fresh and safe from going stale.

This is nasty. I did a comparison between this item and the 72% Bettergoods chocolate. In the past I mistook the Bettergoods for an oatmilk bar, but when I realized it wasn't, I wanted to do a taste test between the Ghirardelli and the Bettergoods bar. Bettergoods has a stronger flavor and tastes less sweet. Now if you want a mild, sweet, overpriced chocolate bar, then by all means get the Ghirardelli. But hands down the Bettergoods is better goods. Walmart named their brand well. The Bettergoods bar is overpriced too, BUT it is 1 full dollar cheaper than the Ghirardelli and 3000% better than the Ghirardelli. The only flaw of the Bettergoods bar is, if you are looking for "pure" ingredients, Bettergoods lists "natural flavor", and Ghirardelli lists "vanilla extract". All else (other than the taste) is the same once different serving sizes are taken into account.
