absolutely amazing we are not even really huge into peppermint bark necessarily I mean we like it like candy canes fine but this stuff is perfection! All of my kids even the ones that don’t enjoy to some of the others and myself david a 10 out of 10 and honestly, I could not have been more surprised or pleased! We enjoy Ghirardelli products but this little number they have going on is a 10 out of 10! !!

But, I used the mix ins as topping for baked cookies. They turned out and tasted very good. Super easy to use and added a bit of festive cheer to our cookies. The peppermint added a bit of crunch to the cookies and chocolate, as always, is delicious. I would purchase these and use for future recipes.

I was expecting this to be peppermint bark chips similar to the ones Andes makes, good for Christmas cookie baking. But less than half the package is the peppermint chips, the rest are just white and milk chocolate chips. Make sure you know what you are getting!
