GHIRARDELLI Premium Caramel Sauce, 16 oz Bottle

This is great caramel sauce, but I would not put it in cold coffee. It does not emulsify the way the Toranis caramel sauce does. I bought it because it was (surprisingly) slightly cheaper, and even the product suggested using it for coffee! I'm sure it would be delicious in hot coffee! But it just settles in the bottom of cold coffee lol

I like to buy the individual marketside new york cheesecake slices and top them with Ghiradelli's Caramel Sauce and I once forgot which kind I had gotten and messed up and bought the Torani caramel sauce which was alot thinner and just wasn't giving a good thick coat like I was wanting from the Ghiradelli's Caramel Sauce. the Ghiradelli's Caramel Sauce is just a thicker rich but smooth sweat taste and I also am able to use it in my coffee and ice cream versus the Torani Carmel sauce is more water light thin sugary sweet type of taste that maybe would go good swirled on top of the whipped cream topping on a frappe

I now make my own caramel iced coffee at home. I recently bought one when I was out and about, and I didn't even like the taste of it anymore. I liked what I make better. I put the caramel in then I use the international delights caramel macchiato and add some half-and-half and ice and delicious. I have one every day!

I dont know why chocolate was on the list of quality ranking of this carmel???? This carmel hands down is the best highest quality carmel on the market. its like the old time carmel that was on carmel apples back in the day. Love Love Love this product!!!

I've tried a lot of caramel sauces over the years and this is the best tasting, best consistency of them all. I am hooked on Frappes and Frappuccinos and I stopped paying exorbitant upcharges for extra caramel and just use this sauce.

I gave this caramel sauce, one star short because it's so sweet. I have a real sweet tooth. I have to have something sweet every night and I love Ghirardelli chocolates this particular caramel sauce. I was really surprised that I liked the store brand better, because Ghirardelli is usually very good. It wasn't worth the extra cost - only tasted average.
