Even though our home is on the second floor without an elevator, they kindly carried the heavy bed frame all the way to our second-floor door. We truly appreciate their effort and excellent service.

The accessories package missing one wood stick that connecting bed frame. Because there is metal parts as well. This won't make the bed usable. But it is better to have all accessories part included.

Item came in damaged box, looked like a previously returned item. The wood was scuffed and pieces were splintered and broken. The middle bar has 3 legs, none of which hit the floor or stay in place and just spin. Very disappointed. Ended up donating parts to charity, waste of money.

I purchased this but I don't believe this bed-frame will last long, it was easy to build but the legs wobble %26 the wood creaks loud like something is going to break when sitting on the bed.

the color is more orange than the picture and it is not very sturdy. I weigh 110 lbs and when I get in and out of bed it makes cracking aounds

This bed is VERY wobbly, and is not study at all as the bars in the middle are so small. The whole thing shifts when I get on it, even when propped up against the wall. I even put my own additional screws in to try to make the bed a bit more sturdy, but that didn't work either. 10/10 don't recommend.

It was easy to assemble, but the minute my son laid down on it the bed it broke. I followed the instructions to a T, but because I already put the bed together and asked for a refund, they only told me they could give me 25% of my money back because I wasn't able to return the bed Because I put it together and it broke Very wobbly very cheap not worth the money

NEVER ARRIVED . first time ordered a twin size and received a full. second time it said "delivered" but was nowhere in our building. so cant really say much about the quality since i never got to sleep on it

It's said soled wood but make a lot noises, not so durable, moves a lot every time I sit ,cheap wood material didn't received middle leg making noises even I titent all screw still make noises, looks good in pictures but cheap made

I was just dissatisfied because the boards came damaged at the end like it was crushed. I was able to put the frame together and I was needing the bed that night for guest so I could not wait for another shipment.
