Giddyup Films - Step Aerobics [DIGITAL VIDEO DISC]

I am very satisfied with this product. I used to workout with Gilad back in the 90's. He motivates me. I would recommend this video for beginner and intermediate. The AB workout is intense but quick. You will need to build yourself up because there is 40 minutes of straight step aerobics. I am still building up to all 40 minutes. Great DVD and will stay in my workout library.

I had this workout on VHS and always wanted to convert it to DVD, when I purchased the video on DVD I didn't realize it was the same one that I had on VHS, needless to say, I am pretty ecstatic that it is that workout I wanted on DVD. You get a great warm up, tone your upper and lower body which is important when you're losing weight and you also get that elongated figure. I love Gilad, always worked out with him when he was on ESPN and Discovery but I wanted this specific workout on DVD and I am glad that I finally have it.

The workout is broken down into 10-minute segments that start out easy and get progressively more complex. When you can do all 4 segments you'll get a great workout. You can progress at your own pace. I love Gilad. He is motivating without being annoying and gives good cues.

When my gym closed the to covid-19, I immediately started looking for dvds to replicate some of my workouts at the gym. Even though this is very dated, it's a great workout and just like my workout at the gym. Well worth the money! Matter of fact, I just ordered another step workout from Gilad.

I am a long-time fan of step aerobics. Low impact yet delivers a great workout. Gilad can be a bit over the top, but most of these aerobics instructors are in that mold. Bottom line is this tape provides a great workout that includes stretching, aerobics, abs, and so forth. Perhaps my favorite aerobics video to date. And the Walmart price is pretty hard to beat!

I was looking for a video that utilized the basic step aerobic exercises. This DVD was exactly what I was looking for.

This is a great stepping product, once you get past the silly stuff at the beginning of the dvd. Gilad is a good instructor, but has gone way too "Hollywood" in the beginning of the dvd, which is a total waste of time in my opinion........I could really care less about his motorcycle and his persona....just get on with the stepping please, which when he finally does, is a great, well done workout.

I am an average exerciser and purchased this product as an alternative for my regular elliptical routine. It was advertised as intermediate/advanced, but even with adding extra arm movements I just didn't feel like I was getting a good workout. It is easy to follow and the steps are pretty typical of most step routines, but the music is not motivating and I was actually bored by about 2/3 through. I would recommend this product to beginner exercisers only.
