Age appropriare
I am over 80 but ordered the CD for over 50 because it was the only one I could find for seniors. I reviewed the CD and believe there are many of the exercises that I can do. Most, however, are beyond my ability. I appreciate having something to work with although I wish there were more selections for us senior seniors.

Disappointed
I was so disappointed in the cd. It is very slow and the trainer is off beat. Makes it hard to keep up. It do explain nutrition
