just what I was looking for perfect exercises
the cd has several exercises that I was looking for and very well made for the beginer

Exercises for seniors
The exercises aren't strenuous because of the use of a chair. There are balancing exercises. Pretty much every exercise on this dvd will help with agility and flexibility.

I really liked this DVD. Exercise from start to finish. No ads or extra things you don't want to have to skip thru.

Hopes for health.
I'm excited to get started with the video with goals and hopes to accomplish weight loss for my health. I have not yet had opportunity to watch yet, but truly hoping for someone obese as myself to find much success with the video.

Good toning for seniors.
This is a good dvd if you want only toning. I thought there was a cardio section but there isn't. I gave it to my husband who has recently had knee replacement surgery.

Not What I Was Looking For
This is well done, but I returned it. I was looking for low impact aerobics. This DVD contains light stretching and strengthening exercises.
