I use this all the time. Excellent for seniors. The excerise is broke down into separate segments or you can play all together. Great excerise program.

This is a great tape that will get you exercising safely. It is very relaxing and I would highly recommend it to anyone out there who hates to exercise. You feel so good after you exercise using this tape and I like it better than my very boring exercise class.

After being a gym rat for many years, and took a hiatus to still work full time and take care of my mother, and then retiring, I got into a rut. Gaining weight, my arthritis was getting the best of me, I decided to make a change. THIS dvd is excellent for people my age, who are looking to get fit again and not HURT. This is a fine balance of cardio and some strength training. It's easy to follow, fun, and I sort of look forward to "my" time daily just to take care of myself. Good workout and I feel so much better afterwards.

excellent video excellent value great for seniors

I like this because it gives good instructions, timing is good. But what I really like is that it provides several combination options to choose from. I've never seen that on other workout DVDs....I would definitely recommend this....

Perfect for a senior class

Great for Seniors in their 70's. Easy to follow instructor; pace was just right. I'll be using this often.
