This exercise video was a great buy. Exercises are explained and it shows what you need to know to get a good workout. Plus there is an extra video on line! Great value!

this is a great workout for seniors.
I liked this because it was easy to do. Sitting down in a chair and exercising how easy is that.

I suppose I expected more than what I could normally find on YouTube when I ordered this DVD. I was disappointed there was only one workout. However, I do like DVDs in case I don't feel like trying to find a workout on YouTube. These workouts are adaptable for beginners and those with issues that need to tone down their workout.
The dvd skips in certain places. but i just keep doing the routine. But annoying! I like the exercises and workouts!
Since it was mostly chair exercises I thought I could do it. However it's too fast for beginners and most likely elderly
It would be good and easy to follow if it didn't start freezing up after 5 minutes into the dvd.
