Excellent Exercise DVD for Older Adults
This is a very good beginning workout routine for older adults. There are no extreme aerobics or movements. It works on building core strength in all parts of the body in an easy to follow workout.

Exactly what I needed!
Just what I have been looking for!. Simple, easy to follow instructions with exercises that actually help the needs of an elderly person. These are done from both sitting and standing positions. There are no floor exercises, which can be difficult for older people. This is my go-to video in addition to my exercise bike and walking.

Great exercise video for older adults
Easy to do but feels like you are accomplishing something without feeling overwhelmed. I would recommend it to others with no reservations.

Talk to viewers as adults
The content of this DVD is excellent. Easy yet stimulating aerobics and many muscles are gently stretched and strengthened throughout the DVD. The presenter, Sue Grant, should talk to the viewers as adults, not children. This became annoying after a few workouts so I discontinued it.

Great advice
Not what I expected. I already have the same tape by someone else. Very cheerful lady and she gets her point across. I'd say this would be good for someone that is very slow mover.
