Jane Fonda's Original Workout (DVD)

I really enjoyed working out with her VHR tapes back in the 80's. Now that I found and purchased the DVD I will be able to get back to working out with Jane Fonda and her friends. May take me a bit longer because I am a bit older but I will get there with Jane. Love her workouts.

I used this in the early 80s with great results. Many many years later it is a litttle tougher but i look forward to great results this summer!

good workout

This Jane Fonda Original Workout is just like I had remembered it when it was on VHS. I feel more comfortable using this DVD, and would recommend this workout to anyone who feels comfortable working out in their own home. Thank you Jane Fonda for agreeing to putting your original workout on DVD.

Simple and effective. Feel the the effects of the exercises in the first workout! Love it!

I love this video, I had a copy made from a VCR tape years ago, but always skipped so was a pain to rewind ready for next showing. The new CD s excellent quality and no skipping!

My girls and I use to love our Jane Fonda workouts. Then my vcr tape broke we've tried many different workout nnice,one made us feel as if we had a total workout like this one now I found it on DVD Thank you, you have brought us back together. Even though my girls have started their own families we now have Jane Fonda exercise again. Love it

This is bar none one of the best home workout videos ever. The thirty minute beginners workout is a great all around exercise routine. You won't be disappointed.

This is not the original workout, but is very close. I liked the energy of the Original Workout better than this one. I am familiar with this workout so I will give it time to see if I can achieve the same results. I was in my 30's when I got the first one and am now in my 60's, so I'm very excited to see my results in 3 months and 6 months. I'm optimistic, I've had to do this 3 times now before I could get all the way through it! Yesterday was the 3rd time and I got all the way to the 'cool down'.

I still have the original video of this workout but my tape player does not work. This DVD has the original workout, but the audio is not the songs on the original. It has background music instead. This is probably because of music licensing. The original songs were part of the enjoyment for me years ago. There is also added audio of Jane during the workout. You can still do the old exercise routine but I miss the original music.
