I love this
I really liked this workout video...did it with my sister who bought it a while ago, then had to find it myself. Wal-Mart had it the cheapest and with site to store, I didn't have to pay shipping. I like that it only takes 8 minutes per workout, so I feel like I have time to do it between playing with my kids.

So-so
The video does a good job of targeting certain areas for an 8 min workout. However, the instructor has you changing things up all over the place. Use the ankle weights for 1 exercise, then dont use them, then use them again in the very next one. It feels very scattered and unorganized, hard to follow and keep up with all of the switching around. Use the fitness ball, don't use it, then use it again. Can't you just do ALL of the fitness ball exercises at once so you don't have to keep flipping back and forth??
