Ultimate Yoga For Beginners (DVD)

I was trying to keep up with yoga sessions on U tube. It was so difficult for me to keep my balance and hold a pose. My body was very sore. I was introduced to your beginners DVD. I love it. I am 62. Rodney Yee's techniques is simply comfortable, easygoing, and relaxing. I feel much better about yoga now. I am excited to see how far I go. Aging has been a challenge. Using your techniques in Yoga has given me courage to age gracefully. Thanks

I purchased the DVD to replace one I let someone use. I never got it back so, I purchased a new one. Love Rodney's instruction technique and how easy it is to complete the poses. I'm glad I didn't get the old version back. I prefer this newer version of beginners' yoga. Thanks!

I am new at 67 to yoga and need a fairly simple routine in the mornings. I have Gaiam's A.M./P.M. Yoga and love that. This provides me with another format. I appreciate the options for straight teaching of postures and the spiritual version. Very nice! 

Appreciate the time given to teaching correct poses.  I'm a beginner and OLD, so this tape has given me much encouragement and that it's filmed in such a beautiful setting makes it a joy to watch..  Especially enjoy the relaxing manner in which instruction is given.  

Never can get to s yoga class, so I got this DVDs and s new mat. Did the 1st 2nd and 5th classes the first day, and 3rd and 4th the second day. Was awesome! I feel great..

I've been practicing Yoga for about four years, and this was my first DVD. For home practice for beginners, it is the best. I have other Rodney Yee videos also. They're all wonderful!

hi i do half the beginners dvd daily a stretch before doing t 25 ,i try t follow up in the evening with the other half of the dvd.. i had done a little yoga many years ago. i am very much a beginner . The clarity that rodney brings to the practice is refreshing .i am sure i will be doing it for some time to come. thank you for your products

Love the pose instruction. Really has improved by Yoga experience and the overall benefits.

He is so easy to follow, there is also a lady giving instructions and is not as clear to follow as he is, but he is mostly doing it anyways. He is very simple and this works. Follow it exactly and even after the first time you learn a lot about balance and stability.

Shows all poses, but fails to suggest modifications for beginners, especially an older beginner. Doesn't mention or demonstrate the use of blocks or straps to modify. Also, too long. A shorter routine with fewer moves would be better for an older beginner.
