Back Care Yoga

I have intermittent lower back pain - and this DVD has helped ease that pain tremendously! Rodney, as always, is informative, helpful and easy to follow!

I really like the exercises this video takes you through and you feel so much better.

i'm a 57 yr old male. when i do the entire dvd's exercises the next morning i wake up with no back pain. i can straighten up pain free as soon as i get out of bed. rodney the man!

My mom used this DVD for her back pain so I decided to give a try. It really does help! Rodney Yee is very easy to listen to and he offers many different poses. Some work better for me so when I'm not using the DVD I do the poses that help the best. This DVD is worth it if you have any type of back pain.

I've had this video for a few years actually and I absolutely love it. I'm a nurse and I have sciatica with pain down both legs, I've found doing yoga, especially back and restorative stretches really help keep the muscles loose, bonus I'm getting stronger and more tone. Rodney Yee also does a great job explaining poses and how they will help you. I have several of his videos, he's very knowledgeable and relaxing.

Excellent demonstration of poses but would like having the transitions between poses done more slowly. I am healing low back disc problems and I can get into the poses in the video but rearranging the blanket and other back supports is done too quickly for me to manage my pain. Other than that, very good video.

Not for use with an acute back problem but very helpful for maintaining a healthy back on the mend.

I love the strength and flexibility section. You need some props for all the different parts of the DVD but you only need a chair and block for that section. It also has some nice tips on how to improve posture in the office.

I had the vhs version of Rodney Yee's Back Care and it was excellent. The tape broke so I got this DVD thinking it was the same. It is not and the old one is so much better for back care. This is just basically a relaxation dvd and does nothing to stretch my back.

I just bought this DVD last week. My disc will only play the first section of the video. I cannot view any other content. The cover says the content of the DVD is over an hour long, but mine only played for 15 minutes. The disc menu has no other option but the one 15 minute section. I'm so disappointed! I was really excited to try this as my back is in terrible shape due to my job.
