Element: Am and Pm Yoga for Beginners

It's exactly what I wanted.

I have bought this DVD 3 times, family members keep borrowing it and not returning it. This is the best yoga workout I have found anywhere, which is why I keep buying it. The older you get the more important flexibility is!! I first got this about 12 years ago and I think I've memorized it, but always get another in case of stuff. I tried online workouts, and even bought other DVD's but this one is far superior from where Im standing

Great DVD for beginners. It has both energizing and calming practices (morning & evening) depending on what you want to achieve. She's very clear with instruction for those who are just learning the basic steps for yoga. Furthermore, this DVD sets a foundation you can learn and memorize for use for years to come!

I love this DVD, it is one of my fav to go to if I am feeling like I need to get a well balanced yoga session in. It is not to advanced either. There are some challenging moves in it but you can do them with practice. The AM is perfect to start you day with a good stretch and the PM is very relaxing and better to do just before you retire for the night. Will make you sleep better.

Elana is very soft spoken, precise in her teachings and offers a perfect AM routine for the morning stretch. When I am done I feel as if I have a full body massage as well as a Chiropractor visit. I feel totally energized and ready to face the day. The PM yoga is perfect to help you unwind, clear your mind and prepare for bed.

I bought this dvd as my first in an attempt to start adding yoga to my workout routine. It definitely went above and beyond my expectations! The two sessions are great for beginners for many reasons. The instructor has a calm, soothing voice that is great for early morning and/or evening yoga practice. The directions are very clear, concise, and easy to follow, and she gives many vocal prompts-another plus for beginners! I used this dvd the most in the initial phase of my yoga and it created a strong basis for me that made me comfortable enough to try different yoga dvds for additional/advanced yoga. But I still find myself coming back to this dvd as it is very calming and easy to relax into the breathing and the poses! I definitely recommend this dvd for beginners!

I started taking a yoga class two days a week and wanted something to do on my own in between. I really like this video! I mainly do the AM session, but both are good. I am by no means an expert at doing even these beginner moves (just because they are beginner moves doesn't mean everyone should be able to do them right at the start.) I do what I can to the best of my ability, modifying where needed, and I see myself improving in my ability to stretch and move. I have also noticed an easement in my upper back pain issues. (I replaced daily PT exercises I should be doing with yoga and have noticed better results.) This video is well worth the cost.

This DVD is excellent for the beginner. Also, a great value for the price!

This is an excellent DVD for beginners. I mostly use the PM video as it is extremely relaxing.
