Great video
Great teacher, good workout for non-yoga enthusiast

Great for beginner or regular practioner.
The instructor is very clear and calm. The ability to do ten-minute sessions or string them together is great, and the focus of each on different practices (basics, abs, legs, calorie burn, and stretching-and-relaxation) is very helpful. I target what I want to accomplish with each session. I saw this on Netflix and purchased the DVD for my sister as a gift.

Perfect for busy people
I am a super busy mom of two boys, so I have very little time to work out. This DVD is super easy to follow along with and packs a surprising amount of activity into a very short amount of time. I would absolutely reccomend this product to anyone.
