I love it. The exercises are great. Some of them seem pretty easy, but the next day I feel the results. Sometimes I can barely believe that the 10 minutes have already passed. It's a perfect tool for better health and body image in an overly busy life. And the last 10 minutes are dedicated to releasing stress, which I enjoy at the end of the day.

Not Beginner friendly, no warm-up period, no introduction, no beginning communication. Weird start off, she is immediately on a Mat Exercissing. As a beginner, I could do like the first minute. Than quit, rediculous %26 frustrating. Was really looking forward to starting Pilates. Now I have to search again, or just pick a different exercise type all together. Cant belive, this was produced, edited rhis way...No Intro. Nothing Wow
