this video helps you to lose weight even if you only do it 1x a day. i have muscles i never thought i had lol. you can literally feel the difference. i feel my stomach muscles tightening up. i literally am able to move better then before. this video is easy for beginners. i highly recommend it. its a older video i used to lose weight a long time ago. now that im older i tried it again and still have the same results. this is a fav for me

Great instructional DVD. Timeless workout program. There is the ability to customize your workout by choosing ten minute segments to build up a 30-minute routine. Both upper and lower body focused.

I tried this after the recommendation of my sis-in-law who lost 35 lbs in 3 months (former athlete). I have been doing it for two weeks, haven't lost pounds but have lost inches and can definitely tell the difference as I am building muscle. I love the fact that it's 10 min. intervals and you can mix and match. Great video!

Been doing DVD for about 3 weeks. Haven't lost any weight yet but am building muscles instead so that is a plus. This is my first pilates dvd. Found some of the segments challenging the first few times but now I can do most of the exercises. The 15 minutes pilates challenge is a lot fun and very easy to do if you are used to aerobics.

I had heard that pilates is a great way to tone up and slim down. But hadn't found a video that didn't look to intimidating. This video divided up into ten minute segments was the just the ticket. I got effective results in timesaving workouts.

i got this dvd to switch up my work outs and its alright its not really that challenging except for the power ab section which i liked. the only thing that really annoys me is how much denise talks. she doesnt take a breath! she is constantly talking every single second its almost comical. i will most likely use this as a warm up to my other work out dvds that are more intense.

Video gets stuck, and then skips a few minutes ahead as if dvd was scratched..but it doesn't look scratched at all, cleaned dvd players to see if that was the issue, but it did it at the exact same point in the work out.
