FIRST TIME FOR HIIT TRAINNING WOW!!!!!
I have been working out REGULARLY( no skipping workouts) for 5 months BEFORE I purchased this item. I am still on the hiit 101 of this dvd. Each workout program is 8 exercises that are 20 seconds long with 10 second recoveries. It is customizable ,There are modifications, No equipment is used. The instructor works out with you the whole time. She does say dig deep a lot. You would not think 20 seconds is long until you start the exercise. I am VERY pleased with this purchase.

Effective!
Very effective workout for just 10 minutes. Exercises are easy to follow, and while not difficult to do, very effective for just 10 minutes. Sometimes that's all the time I have.

IT WAS TO MUCH JUMPING AROUND FOR SOMEONE WITH KNEE ISSUES BUT OVER ALL A GOOD ROUTINE IF YOU HAVE NOTHING THAT HURTS
