Not for me at all
The video quality of this DVD is quite poor, and the content was not as described. I purchased this expecting Tai Chi exercises specifically designed for seated participants, but the chair is only utilized in one brief section, with no guidance on modifications or alternatives for those with reduced mobility. If you are looking for a routine to help improve mobility, I would not recommend this at all; conversely, if you are already fit and mobile, this content likely won't meet your needs either. It was a very disappointing purchase.

Not long enough. 12 minute video. Basic moves demonstated and thats all.

May be for feeble seniors
This dvd is for seniors, but at a very low level. I really didn't get anything out of doing the exercises. This may be good for very old and feeble seniors.
