Peggy Cappy 's video is an excellent way for older adults to begin yoga. It is low impact & uses a chair, if needed, for balance. You can do a 10 minute segment, of do the entire video (40 minutes). The cool down (10 minutes) is an excellent way to "chill out".

I have fibromyalgia and I've been looking for a good yoga program. I LOVE this video! Everything is explained very well and it's very easy to follow. Makes my body feel sooooo much better.

I found this to be a great intro to Yoga, particularly since I have severe knee joint pain, and tension in my neck. Though I wasn't able to do all the stretches my first time, when I was done, my body felt so relaxed, and I slept extremely well. I tried going to a Yoga class and left mid-way because I found the movements to be very difficult. This is really slow-paced and easy. It would be nice if there was some soothing background music, particularly with the guided meditation, but overall, this is a great CD.

I was very sedentary for 2 months while recovering from foot surgery that left me unable to walk. I ended up stiff and inflexible with little stamina. The exercise videos I already own are way too much for me at this point. This is fantastic! I could do it all, and felt much better afterward! Peggy is encouraging and calm. The one thing I wish the DVD had is: seeing her go through the yoga sets with only minimal talking after explaining the moves. Sometimes her explanations disrupt the flow.

I cannot do the usual "down dog" type of yoga but needed something to help with my flexibility. This is perfect. And not too easy at all so it does give a good work out. Really enjoy the chair positions but it's all very good.

I have another peggy cappy dvd. Love them both.

My unfavorable review is because I ordered two of Peggy Cappy Yoga DVD's, and received only one. I will continue to check through old e-mails, but from what my quick check indicated, my confirmation sheet indicated a charge of two, and two purchased. We had a funeral (un expected of course) out of town, so it was several days before I picked up my purchase. When I did, only one DVD was available.

I recently broke my hip in 3 places so this dvd is helping me work through the pain.
