Denise Austin techniques really work

Im 60 years old and used Denise Austin aerobics in the past which helped me to lose weight and get into shape. At first I felt like she was too easy going, but her techniques work very well. Now that I am older, Im trying her again to see if I can lose some more weight. She was my go-to fitness oerson out of all I have tried.

Fun retro step workout from early 1990s!

It's a good workout. Definitely very retro with the music and video clarity but it works for me. Stepping is a great workout!

Definitely... old. The workout is pretty short, basic, very beginner. I think watching a youtube video would be better to find a step workout
