Encouraging
She's the energizer bunny for sure. Easy enough to follow even though I can't quite keep up yet. I've always enjoy exercising with Denise going back many years. I love how encouraging she always is and knows her stuff. Makes it fun too. 5 stars

SO MUCH FUN!
ITS GREAT, FAST PACED, AND EASY TO COMPLETE. THE BONUS 10 MINUTE WORKOUT IS ALSO REALLY GREAT!

Good aerobic dance workout
I have a background of 68 years of dance lessons from ballet, jazz, jazzercise, aerobic, social dances, zumba. On a Youtube video, showing Austin's Burn fat fast latin dance, that video showed distinct latin dances from mambo, chacha and dance movements of a jazz dance nature. This video really didn't represent a lot of latin dances---more aerobic dance class exercises. That said, this video does give a good workout of 30 minutes plus 10 minutes of toning exercises and you do get a good workout. I was expecting more latin dance choreography however.

This is an old fashioned exercise video. It is supposed to be a Latin dance video but it was not energizing.
