Already used it, even though I prefer the other wax, where I can use the strips. But the machine and products are great.

This is great for at home use. The jar of wax lasts forever and being hard wax it is gentle on skin. Love it.

This is not a set for first time wax users. It is pretty messy and leaves wax on skin if it isnt removed properly. All in all, it does exactly what it is meant to do. Be sure to get the other Gigi products, like the wax remover and the pre wax treatment.

I gave as a gift to my 2 daughters because I have one myself. shipment came on time.

Did not come with instructional DVD as advertised. The warmer did not seem to be working. Followed the directions for warming but the wax was either too hot and runny, or too cool and didnt adhere to the hairs for proper removal. Left a lot of wax behind but that may be from my lack of waxing experience. The wax was brittle and breaking, not what I expected. Im going to keep looking and experiment with other brands based on reviews.

heats up very slowly and the wax didnt grab my hair at all except in places it was coarse and very very grown out. this wax also left sticky residue everywhere it touched, and the post wax gel thats supposed to feel cooling just smells bad and is very greasy on my skin. no cooling at all. the sticks they include are also very flimsy. ill be using wax strips from now on because they work better and are faster.

This product states itself as a kit. The items that were included were the wax, the heated container, the applicators, some oil, and post wax soothing gel. There were no strips included to remove the wax. This missing item seems essential. I emailed the company and was advised, strips were not included.

In my opinion this system is very messy, difficult to control where the wax is placed and very stringy as you try to lift the stick to move the wax around. It does not penetrate enough to pull off short hairs. I am very disappointed.
