the punching bag is amazing my boyfriend loves it and uses it all day. its very good for combos and high kicks.

being the age of 53 made a decision to take my body and health back from struggling with years of obesity the GIKPAL freestanding boxing bag was the perfect way to get started and the plus was because my apartment has tile flooring the suctioning cups on the stand made it where I didn't have to add water or sand in it

im a walmart assosicate ive had this bag for months now i use it religiously boxing and muaythai workouts it used uo about 4 50lbs bags of sand fir the base its pretty sturdy on my garage floor it does move around with heavy hits the suction cups wont work on concrete just recebtly one of them broke off i guess that means i gotta ease up a little bit other then that the bag is great

The overall experience was fine. The punching bag arrived in 2 shipments, a few days apart, as the listing indicated it would. The setup was simple and required no additional tools or materials. The Bag is a bit firmer than I anticipated, and is almost too solid for follow-thru punching. Seems to be designed more for practicing hand/foot eye coordination, and technique. It works well enough for my 4 and 7 year old sons that use it to practice/train their kihon. I don't care for the fitment of the base cushion as it positions unevenly, and could cause overconfidence in kicking the base. Also the base would fill easier with a wider opening for water/sand. All in all it's a decent product for a decent price. This isn't as expensive as a Century, and a martial arts Sensei/Shihan won't likely be using this in their dojo, but it works perfectly fine for at home upkeep.

delivery showed up in two seperate packages to my apartment and definitely tracking and delivery issues galore. I don't highly recommend this item bc of the service delivery of the whole unit as one. Also the sand didn't make it with the package.

I only received half I did not get the bottom half only got the top half of the item
