I used it on a day that I would be outside doing yard work to test the true effectiveness. I was impressed, the fresh smell last long and the gel felt cool. It kept me from smelling stinky and musty. I was able to shower and wash the product from my underarms without leaving a residue so I was very impressed by that. I didn't breakout which is huge for me because that is an issue that I have found with other deodorants. I would recommend to others.
