This is a great Ginger Root supplement for its value. I selected it based on its manufacturing processes, dosage level, capacity amount and bottle container design. It is a good replacement, alternative. I have had no issues with this product since I began using several months ago.

Ginger is actually one of the things that individuals with an upset stomach would benefit from. The directions say to take two capsules and I say to take one! Two capsules did cause a bit of upset in the lower intestines and I cut it back to one per day and I can feel the benefits after just a couple of weeks. I like the fact that this is a ground powder in a capsule so more quickly assimilated than some and it does not produce an objectionable odor or back taste in the mouth. The price and quality are both great and I'm very happy with this product.

Purchased for motion sickness during travel as natural alternative to dramamine. Capsules are easy to swallow. Seems to work well. No issues or complaints.
