There should literally be no difference in efficacy, side effects, etc. It's the same thing - plain and simple. My partner took this and said she could tell no difference from the brand name emergency contraceptives that go for $40 at chain pharmacy stores (and she did not get pregnant). She had the typical mild side effects in terms of some cramping, etc, but just what she expected. You can find a slightly better deal on Amazon, but these days the shipping and delivery speed from Walmart is more reliable, and you don't want to take your chances by waiting too long on taking this product because the efficacy drops off rapidly after the first couple days.

Well for anyone worrying if this will cause any blood pressure issues or health issues I say not!!! I was worried this would cause a spike in blood pressure but it didn’t!! So buy two at a time for a backup when you need it gurl! This medication works and sheds the lining in the uterus to prevent an egg from implanting in your uterus. Its a 99% effective med! 100% recommend for anyone with a doubt after the nasty!! So remember ladies and gentlehes this is not a toy. This is a last resort kind of thing to buy! Plan B One-Step and Glenmark Therapeutics Inc., USA both contain 1.5 milligrams of levonorgestrel and colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, potato starch, and talc, according to the Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. National Library of Medicine. So, the only real difference between the two emergency contraception pills is their price. I've seen past information saying that Plan B, the price being upwards of $50, has better stats of prevention: 87%. The percentage with the off brands being only 60%-70% but I can no longer find that information. Now all I find is that they are exactly the same if taken in the 72 hour period, but it can be taken within 96 hours with a lower percentage of working. I have been using this brand for years now and other non Plan B LEVONORGESTREL tablets since 2019 with no pregnancy scares at all.

This has saved me many times. So glad I found this brand. It’s saved me a lot of many that I was blowing on plan b brand. I highly recommend this one over the $50 product. I’ve even taken this 5 days after… you know.

Did NOT work! Used a few days after period and took within time frame however it didn't work. I didn't know you had to be under a certain weight for ONE dose to be effective now my 16yr old is going to be a mom. We didn't know until 24wks along aswell as she was on birth control too. They should put a warning on the label so people are aware.

Took this pill because there was mostly good reviews, cheap, quick to ship. I regret taking it, ever since I’ve taken it 4 days ago I’ve been in incredible pain, headaches out the wazoo, abdominal pain (I expected a little), my hands are swollen, I’m so fatigued, my hormones are insane. I’m not saying don’t take a contraceptive pill but definitely buy Take Action for $20 dollars. I know we don’t all have that kinda money but it’s better quality I’ve never had issues with the other. Definitely won’t be buying this brand again.

I was taking this med and noticed pills of two totally different sizes and labels. Needless to say I freaked out. I looked up the numbers and THANKFULLY both pills are the labeled medication on the bottle, but that was terrifying. That shouldn't happen. Won't buy this brand again.
