This bike was small for my 9 yo niece. I had to get assembled before I could let her try it. I'll try to adjust the seat and handle bars and let her try again. If all else fails I'll have to return and purchase a bigger bike

I ordered two children's bags had it delivered the day after Christmas I paid for them to be built. They were not built. I took them to the store to have them built. They did not build them. They lost them then they found the bikes that I took to them to be built. I brought them back home unassembled because I didn't want them to lose my bikes again poor poor Customer service on their part, they refused to help me the manager. Andrew was trying to help the situation, but he didn't know that the bikes were dropped off unassembled he had no idea even though the associate Charlotte at the Vennetucci store said she would inform him that I have dropped off two boxes with children's bikes in them and they were paid for assembly, but they were not assembled when they were delivered to my homeso I built them myself. I want my refund for these bikes

One of the pedals sheered off with minimal use and is irreparable. I think my 4 year old niece rode this bike 5 times at most. There is no reason a pedal should just come off like that

Was stolen from beside my mailbox and called for a refund which was supposed to be here 4 days ago and I never received. I'll be wasting my time calling again.
