Excellent bike
This was a nice bike, but small for my 10yr old. Hence, I returned it with ease, and ordered the next bigger sized bike from the same maker. Both bikes were packaged really well and that is important since it gets tossed around a lot from the shipper to the end consumer.

Damaged parts. Too late to send back as it is a Christmas gift. Parts that can damage easily should be packaged better.
