Kids' Bike Assembly Services

the bike was assembled by Angie's. no problem with that. my problem was...the kick stand came broke in half and the power stopped working within a week. I sent a request to have thise two item s replaced and still havent heard anything, not to mention I also purchased the warranty.

This is done thru Angie. I needed a second assembler to come out for adjustments. These were simply mechanical assemblers who was not familiar with the Eskute brand. Each were not familiar.with disc handbrake adjustments. The first assembler put the front tire on backwards hence the disc brake was totally inactive.

My son has ridden his bike 5 times from school and every time, multiple times on the way home the chain came off. We paid $100 to get the bike put together and it's definitely not working correctly. I've never had a bike chain fall off every time I rode it. I now have to take it in to have someone else look at it. I want my money back!!

The person Angi's list sent did not understand that the instructions were online. Instead of saying something he put the bike together freestyle. I didn't notice until he was almost finished and asked him as he seemed to be stuck putting the front tire on. Needless to say, the chain came off 5 minutes into my first ride, the handle bars were not tightened and kept moving, the bike seat would not stay up. Not the best assembly. I returned the bike and have ordered another brand having it shipped to a local bike shop for assembly. The local shop quoted me $125 where I paid $135 for Angi. I don't recommend this service and wished I had read the reviews first.

Took several times for them to get it right. I bought 3 bikes and one was put together improperly while the other was sent with missing parts. It's been almost a month and haven't been able to ride one of the bikes that I paid for in full and paid for 2 separate installations. They acted like they were doing me a favor sending someone to fix what was done wrong the first time

I Love th bike. top speed is more like 28 mph and range is possibly attainable with the lowest assistance level but with the weight of the bike it defeats the purpose of the bike. For what I purchased it for, I have no complaints and it is fun to ride

On the bicycle page you are given the option of assembly for $99.00, since the bike was a gift, I chose the assembly option, little did I know the bike is delivered in its shipping box and then after delivery, someone from Angi is scheduled to arrive and put it together. This is not mentioned on the bike page, so I expected the bike to be assembled and then delivered, not the other way around. When the bike arrived my stepson had the bike assembled in 20 minutes!

The guy came he said he finished putting it together and he didn't even put the chain on and he expected us to get on the bike and ride it the day that he left and we said oh we don't have air in the tire. We didn't have a pump so thank God the next day when we put air on the tire, we didn't let our daughter get on the bike, recognizing that something was offkilter.

Assembly person scratched up brand new bike in multiple places during assembly by carelessly putting on the cement during assembly. Bike was also not properly put together and front wheel electric connection coiled up and needed to be taken to a bike repair shop to fix it.

The woman and her son were very nice people, but this where I feel like I definitely was overcharged. I don't want to cause her a problem, but she said she had only put together a few bikes. They did get it put together, and did get the seat and handle bars adjusted to my height. But when I took it for a ride, there were things rubbing and grinding, and my mirrors seriously were falling off, I grabbed them before they fell all the way off. There was a zip tie and a wheel packaging plug on the back left tire, the fenders were not adjusted , the headlight almost fell off, it was very loose. Nothing had been tightened up. I didn't know that the tires didn't have enough air, but luckily I had someone take care of all those things. The only problem left is the brakes don't feel right and do make a noise - they don't seem to stop me as well as I would expect them to. I paid $135 for this assembly, and I know I would have gotten better results with all the people around here who buy and sell bikes around here for maybe ,$20. As I said, they were nice people, but I do feel cheated on this one.
