When I ordered the bicycle, I thought it would arrive assembled. While the person who assembled it was very professional, it was inconvenient to have them come to assemble it—was scheduled for 9 PM on a Friday night. So I recommend using them, with reservations. Would be much more convenient if it arrived fully assembled.

The TST electric bike is a very good bike. It performs well, easy ride and functional. My only issue was getting help by the warranty. There should be a phone number to contact the company and also someplace to take the item and have it inspected in case of service being done on it. The response time could be better.

The bike itself is solid, but the person who assembled it was completely unprofessional and lacked even basic etiquette. Instead of explaining how the bike works, he resorted to shouting for no reason, which is unacceptable. On top of that, several parts were assembled incorrectly, showing a clear lack of competence. This was a complete waste of both time and money—I would have been better off assembling it myself.

Husband and wife team assembled the bike, a few days before Christmas. After the first day of riding, I found a majority of the screws and bolts loose or completely missing. What really angered me was the loose handle bar. The fenders and mounts weren't that big of a deal but the handle bar really burned me.

I never scheduled the service because I expected it to be assembled. Then I assembled it myself because it was not that hard. I couldn't cancel the service. Someone showed up 2 days later but they weren't needed. I was charged 67.00 %26 want my money back but I m not sure if I'll get it back or not. Not happy

I love the bike that I ordered from Wal-Mart, had no problems with shipping or delivery but I REALLY wish they wouldn't use Angi for assembly! I paid extra for no one to show up, the "pro" messaged and said that they would be late, then did not call or text, just messaged that they were waiting outside...no knock on the door or anything (They were never actually there, I have a Ring camera)!! So unprofessional and I've had a MUCH better experience using Thumbtack to get my daughter's bike assembled after this. Hope WalMart finds another service provider

I ordered my daughter's bike for Easter, and the Scheduled time was perfect. I had some errands to run beforehand, but I planned to be home on time for the initial scheduled time. I received two calls at 12:35 PM and on the second call, the person assigned to assemble the bike left a VM to see if he could come earlier, which was fine; I was only down the street, and someone else was there. I called him back and texted him literally within a minute to tell him that it was fine. I was sent to VM twice. I feel that was really rude, and I was intentionally ignored. When I checked my email, it said my appointment was now rescheduled to Wed. That did not work for me, and I had to cancel due to my personal schedule. Unfortuneatly I have to wait on someone else to assemble the bike at a later time. I wish it could have been handled more professionally.

The "professional " that was assigned to assemble my bike was incompetent and did not do the job correctly nor did she finish the whole assembly. My wife and I spent 2 hours of our own time making sure the bike was safe to ride and finished assembling the bike.

Never received. I paid an extra $135 for bike to get assambled and it never did, i am still waiting to hear back from customer service to get refunded .I will update this review when i hear back from customer service. But as of right I would not recommend.
