SERVICE ON ONLINE ORDERS SUCK
TIRES ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE ORDER IMPLIES, ASSYMBLY IS NON EXISTANTT AS THE $135 IS SUPPOSED TO BE USED FOR. AI PHONE SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. DUNG AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN. BOTTOM LINE I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER ONLINE PURCHACE WITH WALMART AGAIN AFTER THIS NIGHTMARE.

for men dead Walmart's disappointment
I got charged $99 for assembly of a bike to be delivered to my house to Angi the bike came assembled with a sign saying that if you walk me to the front I'm free because it was already assembled now they won't even let me initiate a refund for my $99 to get it back Angi said that I have to get it to Walmart because they were never paid because I had already canceled the service within 24 hours very disappointing Walmart is trying to get over on a lot of us people on this app and it's getting to be very frustrating and very disappointing especially when we're paying a membership fee every month. I definitely do not recommend this to anybody I don't recommend any of their services to anybody.

Bad experience
I had paid for assembly, but Angi's was u able to find anyone to do it. Also, it came off the FedEx truck upside down with a hole in the box. The face plate of the bike brand name was scratched up, from what I could tell through the hole in the box. Angi was easy to work with and my assembly charge was refunded.

that upon paying for installation make sure u ride the bike before they leave paid on the 3rd and my family has not been refund back money 135$ its not Assembled 1 it want go anywhere wantvmy money back we cant ride this back worker are late no show no contact thats work waste of money no service was done sit falling off

Don't buy from this company ZERO STARS
Although walmart wont allow it ZERO STARS This company played games for 2 weeks. Sent me a hover hearts e-bike a dirt bike built for a rugged off road ride. Not the pescroa e-bike, a commuter bike designed for street cruising and long trips and everyday versatility the e- bike actually ordered. Insisted it was the same bike. But admitted it was the wrong bike when they realized it was being shipped back to the company . You can't ship something and claim it's something else and expect it won't get flagged. Wink, wink nod. I will not order from this company ever again and I don't recommend anyone else dealing with this company. Good thing I kept a copy of all the unprofessional emails the company sent me. ***side note Walmart in its infinite wisdom offered me a $10 coupon toward any future purchases. WOW ! Maybe a could go to the movies by myself

Don't waste your time or money
Don't waste your money we bought this bike w weeks ago and can't assemble it bc it is missing a part. When I go to file a return claim it sends me to an overseas company and can't get a response from them. So Walmart won't accept the return and company isn't responding

No refund
Not worth the money. We were able to assemble the bike on our own three days prior to the scheduled service (which we did not schedule - it was done for us by Angi's List). However, when I asked for the installation fee to be refunded AL said it was Walmarts responsibility and of course Walmart Customer Service said it was the responsibility of AL. So I'm out $59.

Horrible ANGE cancelled my appointment 3 times!!!
My appointment was cancelled 3 times by angi, because they had noone to come at those times. Finally I cancelled and asked for my money back. The professionalism was absolutely horrid. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO USE ANGI FOR ANYTHING.!!!!!!!!!!! we waited and were excited for them to come. Then they didn't come. Each tome THEY made the appointment. And I still haven't received my money back.

Never received. I paid an extra $135 for bike to get assambled and it never did, i am still waiting to hear back from customer service to get refunded .I will update this review when i hear back from customer service. But as of right I would not recommend.

No Show
The person that was supposed to do the bike Assembly never arrived. Therefore, I assembled the bike myself. It was not that difficult but I did have help. Angi informed me that they would be contacting Walmart and that I would be getting a refund. As of right now, I have not seen where the refund has been credited to my account. It would be nice if Walmart had a way to let people know what to do when this service does not work well. No-show it would be nice if Walmart had a way to let people know what to do when this service does not work well. Car crash
