This paint was perfect for painting porches and steps. very good coverage.

Used this paint on a gate column in front of our house. We changed our fence from white wooden boards running vertically to black metal and thought we should change the column color to match. The color started off a dark charcoal grey and I was very disappointed. But as soon as it dried it looked black and somewhat shiny. It was easy to brush and roll on. It was shipped to us and the plastic ring holding the lid on was almost impossible to get off. However, Walmart did make sure the paint would not leak during transit, so good for them taking responsibility!! All in all, we decided a white column looked better, but just because of the way the gate and columns were made, nothing to do with the paint. It is very dark black, somewhat shiny, easy to put on, cleans up nicely and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a shiny black or goth look. Good paint!
