Glidden Fundamentals Dusty Yellow Eggshell Interior Paint and Primer, 1 Gallon

I am so happy with the quality and results of this Glidden kitchen and Bath plus laundry paint and primer. It's the perfect paint and primer I needed for the job. It's great for the bathroom with the steam shield technology. It's scrubbable and it's stain resistant. It gives a mildew protection. These features make it very suitable for Bath, Kitchen and Laundry. I am happy with the results of this eggshell base. White color is what I wanted and it looks bright and nice. No odor after drying. Walls look fresh and clean.

It covers very nicely and it's easy to use and very easy to clean up. The paint also dries quickly and looks really good, I only needed to use one coat.

It goes on smoothly and has good coverage, so I didn't need a lot of coats. The finish looks clean and even, which works great in a bathroom or kitchen space. Ialso like that it's made to resist moisture and mildew, which is important in high-humidity areas. The paint dried fairly quickly and didn't have an overwhelming smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to mix manually, went on smoothly with a brush with minimal drips, clean up was easy with soap and water. The color is nice and it covered well. It looks so good it almost looks like the job is done.

I waited forever to get this paint. Upon opening the color was on top; the paint stick was white clumps. The paint was like peanut butter in its consistency. I had to add water to thin it. Unfortunately I tried to use it but it was like painting with mayonnaise on the brush.

It does not take well to surface imperfections or painted materials such as plaster or concrete found in older buildings. Any stains will need to be covered by primer first because Fundamentals has very poor hiding ability. Spred is a significantly better paint to work with.

I'm doing an intricate wooden door so it has to be done with a brush.I'm hurrying as fast as I can.But the paint is drying too fast when I go to the next panel.If I touch the last panel that was painted two minutes ago , the paint starts to pile up. This paint is almost too thick.It's galopy , and it dries way too fast. I'm going to have to do with second coat , but not with this paint. It's a one hundred and ten year old door and it didn't come out the way I expected. I tried to add an image , but it wouldn't let me.

I'm sure the paint would be really good if it wasn't loaded with paint from other cans that opened in the box. Whoever packed, it should be fired. They put three cans of paint in a big toilet paper size box with no padding, no restraint and it just tossed in the box one broke open and got it all over the cans. I left it in my car before I knew what it happened and decided I better go out and bring it in the house. I'm glad I did because the paint started leaking out of the corner of the box and it would've been all over my car. Such idiotic , ignorant, or stupid people that work for companies.
