Glidden Interior Drywall Primer Flat, White, 1 Gallon

I needed some drywall primer in a pinch and didn't have a lot of money to spend. Walmart to the rescue. This Glidden primer was very easy to apply and was a great value for the money. It easily covered up some ugly dark lime green paint in my basement with just one coat. Looks great after painting.

This product received really good reviews. I have not used it yet. But, since it is a primer, I am sure that it will work out fine.

I've used primer before, and this primer was not the quality that I've used prior and I thought Gilden would be a very good brand. Their paint is good, but their primer, in my opinion is not.

By time I received it, I did not need it anymore.Need to return this item

Some Glidden paint has worked well , so maybe they forgot to add something because this primer was nothing but watery, after testing multiple area's, it had some coverage over painted areas but did not encapsulate the drywall.

It smelled awful like cat urine i returned it i almost threw up

I was trying to cover royal blue. This primer would have took 3 coats in order to do any good. After the first and seeing that it did not cover at all, I ended up just using 2 coats of the tan and it worked way better.
