Excellent knife, perfect in every way.

Just as good as I remember! I used a Global G-2 knife at home for years over a decade ago. After some financial ups and downs, a few bouts with sobriety, and a couple of homeless spells, I got another one! A great feel, perfect balance, and silky slicing superiority, this knife is a must have. I missed having such a well-made knife, and when I saw the price, I had to get it back. My co-worker loves it, too.

This is a really nice size to add to your knife collection; more than a paring knife, yet not so large that it's overkill for most projects. The blade is thin but not flexible. Because it's Global, you know the quality's great. And the price, when I bought it on sale, was terrific!

This was recommended to me and is now my favorite knife that I pull out of the knife block (prefer this to Henkel). Light balanced and wicked sharp. Only issue has been my wife prefers a smaller knife so we then ordered the smaller size. Now we have two there is happiness at the cutting boards in the kitchen.

I have owned the identical knife for 25 years. It is the best knife I've ever used. Anthony Bourdain loved these knives. I can't believe the price. I bought two. Have one to a granddaughter who is just starting housekeeping and undecided about the other. I may just keep it myself. Beautiful as well as razor sharp.

The knife were great for the first couple of weeks, but then they started to get some rust spots. I hand-wash it only and don't use the dishwasher. But it has some ugly rust spots that I can not clean off.

There are a lot of counterfeit Global knives on the internet. I was sent two G-2's. I ordered 1 G-2 and one GF-98. I got two G-2's. Both were counterfeit. One quick way to check is put a magnet on handle: if it sticks it is counterfeit. Global knife handles are not magnet, but the blades are.

This is a fake Global. I have the original Global knife and ordered this one because I'm a Global fan. See the pictures, they have different edge (the original has like a double edge), different color of metal, the print is smaller than the original one. The upper knife is original, below is a fake. Don't buy it. I don't get how Walmart allows it. Can I sue this?

This is a fake. We have many global knives and this one is clearly not a match. I am sure it will cut food. But this is a case of you get what you pay for.

I did not receive this knife. This was a scammer using Walmart.com. I received a plush fake invite to a scam vacation to Las Vegas and then a note that was typed in large font "Thanks For Supporting My Business." I had $70 plus dollars stollen from me by this scammer. Walmart, beware your Brand is being used to scam innocent people using the internet to make purchases from what we think is from your website. Very sad.
